Packing
We set a palette with your purchase, strongly tightened with metal or plastic filament tape.Depending on goods to be shipped, we can place foam packing-blocks between stone elements. The whole parcel is then strongly fixed to the palette with heat-shrink tape.We then provide you with all shipment information (dimensions, weight, container, etc).
Shipment from our showroom of Isle sur la Sorgue
You can take away your product from our workshop. But you can also entrust us with all shipment and delivery operations (cost of transport charged separately). Shipment can be made :
By road :
our contractors come to our facilities and take care of the whole shipment. Their cost is related to number of palettes, weight and destination. This cost has to be agreed by you.
By sea :
Shipment to the United States is made in accordance with N.I.M.P.I.S.. and all palette or fixing wooden parts of the parcel are accordingly treated.
For export sales of antique materials older than 100 years, a passport has to be issued by French National Patrimony and Architecture Department. Achievement by our Export Sales Departement, free of charge.
