The crate are loaded in the contenair and the contenair is locked with a seal, we join a packing list and proforma to the shipper
Packing
Your Fireplace or your fountain is strongly tightened with metal or plastic filament tape (strap) and hooped on a pallet.Foam rubber can be fixed between the stone elements dependind on the delivery place.Then all information relative to your shipment will be given such as dimensions, weight or container description.

First you can choose to collet the items on you own. In the case you can't, we'll take care to orgnaize multimodal transport to your home (additional cost) such as:
- Transport by road :
The pallets are loaded into the truck thanks to a forklift. The truck use is tail lift to download the goods.< br/> The cost of the transport will depend on the quantity of pallets, weight and place of delivery.
- Transport by sea :
Each wooden crate or wooden box exported to international countries are accordingly treated(ISPM 15NIMP). The NIMP15 standards aims to make certain that no wooden package contains insects or larvas.
Plastic crates are also often used and remain another way to avoid those kind of matter.
Concerning the exportation of antique materials order than 100 years, a passport has to be issued by the French National Patrimony and Architecture Department.
This document is obtained by our export sales department and is free of charge.
It justifies age and origins of our products and it is necessary to export goods over than 100 years old.
