Louis XV syle fireplace carved in a white stone from Provence

What's more enjoyable than spending a beautiful winter evening by the fire, and watch the flames dance in the fireplace ?

This magnificent fireplace, an original creation by Alain Bidal, is inspired by the Louis XV style fireplaces. It takes back the main features of that style. It presents straight jambs beautifully decorated with fine geometric engravings. The monolith lintel is animated in its middle by a beautiful handmade sculpture representing an asymmetrical shell with leaves named "rocaille". The hearth line is cut into curves and cons-curves. An opulent trim surrounds the entire hearth. The tablet has fine mouldings and underlines the movement of the lintel.

Carved into the local limestone, the Estaillades, this fireplace is a beautiful French artisanal realization. It is shaped, cut, carved and weathered by hand in our Ateliers situated between Avignon and the Mont Ventoux.

→ It can be used as an open or closed fire. For more information, our team is at your disposal !
